    The good thingsSharing my thoughts about their recruitment. It was fantastic! A special shoutout to Ms. Rocel—she was incredibly kind and patient. She really made everything go smoothly and kept both me and the client updated on any changes. Overall, I had a great experience, and I appreciate all the support!

    The good thingsExecutives live their purpose of scaling the business and its partners by listening to their employees, taking note of each and every feedback received at the same time walk their talk slowly but surely.
    The challengesThe progress is slow given the tenure of the company yet you can be assured that all will be addressed in no time. We all grow together little by little day on day.

    The good thingsAwesome CEO's. Above market salary. Would buy out your experience and great benefits especially the HMO and Life Insurance! Welcome gift for newbies. Monthly engagement activities and family-oriented culture.
    The challengesLots of micromanaging and rampant office politics. Will put client satisfaction above everything, even it means losing your job. Lower management does not seem to care at all with staff's opinion and ideas because all that matters is they impress the client. Untrustworthy coaches and HR (especially HR). Will take forever to receive your final pay and documents upon exit.

    The good thingsPayroll is early, generally family-oriented, and people have a good sense of humor.
    The challengesDeteriorating management, detached internal marketing, weak HR department, fake/curated social media presence. Focuses heavily on onboarding new applicants and neglecting developing, promoting, or rewarding tenured staff.

    The challengesThe only challenge I have while working here is my travel time/transportation. Cause I am 2 and a half hours away from the office. Every time I am asked to report to the office I feel like wasting my time commuting.

    The good thingsPays mandatory benefits on time, has private medical insurance, fixed day off on weekends and has monthly activities for employees retention.
    The challengesWorking environment is not so good that employees are as if robots inside the office. Small issues are sometimes being treated as big by the management.
