The workload is heavy and not aligned with the salary. Competition over team work. Toxic Environment
The good thingsNone, the workload is excessive relative to the salary, limited time for the tasks results and a very stressful environment.
The challengesThe environment promotes competition rather than teamwork, and there is also a concerning culture of gossip and unprofessional communication behind colleagues’ backs.

Very heavy workload, six day schedule, minimal support, and poor management direction.
The good thingsThe good part was the people, some of the people working there you'd find sharing stories and having laughs with.
The challengesThe role involved a very heavy workload alongside a six-day workweek, which impacted sustainability. There was limited guidance provided to employees, making it difficult to perform tasks efficiently. Management also lacked clear direction, which led to confusion and inconsistent decision-making.

company is okay, but prioritizes results over employee concerns, with slow follow-through.
The good thingsThe best part of working at the company is the freedom to manage your own tasks and approach your work independently. However, over time, this can also lead to routines becoming repetitive, and without enough challenge or guidance, it may limit opportunities for skill growth.
The challengesThe most stressful part is realizing that your personal growth and skill development are starting to slow down, and you feel like you’re being left behind over time.

Strong foundation in e-commerce administrative work.
The good thingsAs an E-commerce Administrative Assistant at Goride International Inc., I enjoyed providing administrative support to ensure smooth e-commerce operations. I was responsible for organizing data, assisting with product updates, and supporting order management, which helped me develop strong administrative and coordination skills.
The challengesSome processes could be improved by having more organized systems and clearer communication. This would help tasks be completed faster and with fewer errors.
