    It was good especially in gentri branch, they were accommodating and comfy coworkers and my OIC there has a good leadership and helped me to become a good barista

    It is good if you're only planning to gain some barista experience, but they really lack in managing their employees.
    The good thingsThe job is not tiring, it is laid-back and you have a lot of free time.
    The challengesThere is lots of beverage recipes that need to be memorized, actually the memorizing part is manageable. The challenge really is in the management , they are hard to reach and quite unpredictable.

    The hardest part is how to manage people but this i enjoyed the most. i learn how to manage my people

    The challengesFlexible schedules might seem complicated, but with the right scheduling software, they’re actually easy to manage. You can still keep track of your employees’ time (if you feel it’s necessary), and you can give your staff greater responsibility for their schedules.

    Not a good management system and not caring for employees health.
    The good thingsGood things for them is my coworkers are always helpful but the management is worst. they dont care about the health of employee even where sick.
    The challengesYou need to go at work as early as your working time just to prepare those little pearls and to open the store.

    The good thingsi enjoy the things that im doing here and Making all kind of their drinks they have here,also i love Being barista because this is one of my dream work before and im happy to see people enjoying the drink I served them. But i need to level up my stage and prove my self more about this industry
    The challengesThe challenge for me is when people fall in line waiting for them to called but you need more time to make their orders because you are the only person doing it.
