    The benefits and leave policies are acceptable. The salary is also reasonable, provided that additional manpower is promptly assigned to fill vacated positions. However, it often takes years before replacements are hired.
    The good thingsThe CEO is very fair and generous when it comes to employee wellness. He also understands the actual situations in the stores. Having two days off per week is a great benefit, and you can even schedule your days off at your convenience.
    The challengesThe salary offer does not match the workload assigned, especially when managing multiple boutiques. Ideally, the ratio should be 1:2, but it has turned out to be 1:5. There are also too many compliance requirements that are not essential to daily operations.

    Very toxic work environment as everyone wants to climb to the top. The funny thing is no one is rising to the top since the top management are almost all irreplaceable.

    The challengesPolitics is everywhere! Management doesn’t care about their people which is way too far from the CEO’s direction. Most of them don’t listen to their people and they look down on store employees.

    The good thingsThe office is very accessible, has a modern and clean building, dressing fashionably is encouraged, and overall the people are kind. (20% off employee discount on all the brands is a really good benefit)
    The challengesLack of employees so the workload can be heavy, overtime pay is non-existent, the pay isn’t really competitive, some colleagues do not respect that others have a life outside of work, and the management doesn’t really check up on how their employees are doing.
