The best place to start your careerThe good thingsYearly increase, good environment culture, good people, good bonuses.
Lots of experience to learn, a fast paced environment.
Best of all if you live in the north, you don't need to travel along the traffic of EDSA.
If you are a new grad that is not after high paying (starting job), then this is the best place to start, build up your career, thicken your profile and strengthen your personality.
The challengesFrom a person who started from the ranks (and now I am an assistant manager), all I can say is that, the company pays good until you get to the position where your decisions have more value than your income, risk are high but the stakes are low. I am happy to work in GMA but being on the management team is quite stressful (yes, it is part of the challenge) but i don't feel motivated with the salary I currently have.
