    The managers are very helpful. But make sure that you are really good when it comes to selling
    The good thingsGlobe telecom has help me in so many ways, like hiw to handle stress and manage my time.
    The challengesThe only challenge here is the salary as it is very very low. 12,500 fix salary a month.

    Forcing their employees to have a sale and you have tp target your sale. For me as a cashier i am not able to concentrate my work as a cashier instead, i Was worried about my sales if i cannot target the sales, they will fire me.
    The good thingsThe bonding between the workers and their subscribers. I enjoy the commission and benefits also.
    The challengesIf you can not target your sales, or if you don’t have sales they will definitely fire you even though you are working as hard as you can.
