A well-rounded internship with great mentors, flexible setup, and real exposure to collaborative corporate work. The good thingsI appreciated the collaborative team culture, supportive mentors, and meaningful work, especially in event planning and youth projects. The hybrid setup offered a good balance, and it was nice that interns had flexibility in choosing which days and times to go onsite. Compensation was provided after the internship, reimbursements were processed for approved event-related expenses, and occasional training sessions were offered. The office environment was also well-equipped and welcoming.
The challengesThe number of meetings could feel overwhelming at times, especially when nearing events, but it helped improve time management and communication.
