The good thingsManagement is highly supportive of upskill progression and people culture. Management is continuously finding ways to uphold the employees' welfare. Compensation package is according to market standards. Awesome people/great team locally and globally.
The challengesNothing that I have experienced really. Everything is according to expectations as discussed in the engagement process.

    Average Company, great colleagues.
The good things-Work schedule -Government mandated benefits -Great colleagues.
The challenges- Workload. - The management structure is confusing, your direct report can be overseas. This does not help during evaluation, as not all that evaluates you know what you are really doing. - Perks can be improved like the annual leaves and night differential payments, etc. - Local management needs to improve, they need to really listen to employees concerns and take action.
