    Too much workload
    The good thingsfriendly workamates, except to those 1 or 2 level higher
    The challengesSupervisors/Managers dont care about you, lots of workload with a little compensation. You have to skip meals during break and lunch just to finish the task.

    The good thingsNo good things in our department, shoutout to Documentations. work overload, lack of manpower, low salary, no people management, supervisors and the dont give and F about you and such great pretenders and fullly full of themselves.
