Good work balance for main office employees
The good thingsHR has different internal activities for employees. Benefits is good also if you want long term employment in a company.
The challengesThere are challenges on operations division for there are unexpected things happening and you must think of a solution on how you will handle it to commit deadlines. For interviewees, there are times when they are urgently hiring for other departments, they will offer you into another position and it is up to you if you'll make it or break it.

    Not so good experience
The good thingsI enjoyed my stay because of some employees from different departments.
The challengesWorking under pressure with toxic environment. The culture of the department I'm in is suffocating. Everyone is doubtful of what we do. We can't out on the dot because they question us if we do. There's also ot-ty from time to time. We can't also take our 15min breaktimes on the morning and afternoon because if we do we are asked "why". We are being called as negative mindset for taking our lunchbreaks at the mall instead of staying in our table. This environment is the worst, I must say.

This company is good for fresh graduates
The good thingsGood for fresh graduates who wants to enhance their skills. Good starting salary for fresh graduates. you will learn a lot because aside from in house seminars and training, they also invite outside speakers and trainers for employees whether rank & file or higher positions. you'll find your 2nd family in this company. Friendly and Family like environment.
The challengeswork load overload, low increase for the employees who are more than 4 years in the company. all your hard work all goes to MEGAworld employees when it comes to benefits and bonuses. more work less pay.

My first job that i will never forget
The good thingsIn our team growth in career is fast as long as you do your job well. Colleagues were the best. Head was so inspiring and considerate. You will feel at home because I consider GERI as my second family.
The challengesUnequal benefits between Global-Estate Resorts Inc. and Megaworld. Both doing the same job but Megaworld has more benefits. Which is really unfair. All the earnings comes from GERI projects, GERI employees should get the same benefits as Megaworld employees.

    It's okay
The good thingsThe people are friendly.
The challengesYou can't make friends with everybody, especially those whom you work directly with. You lose your authority over them, making them complacent towards due dates and other duties that will affect your credibility in work. Been there done that. And also for a department associate, it's a lot of work for one person, when a job falls in one of those gaps, the one that's not in their job description, it's yours. From office work, maintaining the department pantry, favorite run man. Name it. And with all that work, still you have the lowest salary. 13k.

    Great experience.
The good thingsThe workplace environment was among the best. The office has a very good ambiance. People; workmates and bosses, are generally fun to work with. Politics in the office is of little to none which paves way to forming outside-work relationships as friends. The work proper is of intermediate technicality. Meaning, for fresh grad engineers, you could learn a lot in this company. Although, there's a lot to learn, it is also limited.
The challengesThe biggest challenge was the very low salary. The salary they give for fresh grad was not in-par with its industry competitors. It was in the lower range of salary for fresh grads. Second challenge was the very low potential of salary increase. Granted, there is an increase every year, but you could barely feel the increase considering the very low increase percentage. This is also manifested by how majority of their employees are fresh grads and are new to the industry. After few months or a year, employees resign. Third, you have to work until 6 pm. Considering the low pay, working more than 8 hours a day is far from being fair.

    Start your career here
The good thingsThe company gave me opportunities to hone my skills and further develop my leadership skills. The projects are very challenging which requires you to think critical and creatively to solve the problems present.
The challengesThe location of the office is accessible, however, it requires a lot of patience and perseverance. Punctuality will be a challenge especially when the company is very strict in this criteria. Also, the company is still young and the processes are not as polished compared to others. Still, the company strives to be better each year.
