    It's a very regretful experience.
    The good thingsThere are opportunities to learn.
    The challengesThe working environment lacks the structured processes and supportive leadership found in mature organizations. Communication silos and a lack of cohesive teamwork make daily operations unnecessarily difficult. While it may offer a "trial by fire" for new graduates to build resilience, the lack of mentorship and professional standards makes it a difficult place for long-term career growth.

    Continuous learning
    The good thingsCompany gives great learning opportunity to those who are willing to grow. Challenging tasks but non-toxic environment. As long as you prove yourself, company is generous enough to acknowledge, not that instant but surely in right time. Having great experiences now with great colleague and great superiors.
    The challengesIt's a fast-pacing company. You should learn how to adapt things well, if not, you will be left behind. If you want to be a part and be witness of it's big future, you should support the organization on your own best way and accept what the company can offer as of the present because in due time, you will sow what you reap.
