Work Experience is good, but the workload is not as well as the salary increase. COST CUTTING
The good thingsThe colleagues are jolly and easy to work with
The challengesEvery department needs to have a WIG even though the department itself is not suitable or knowledgeable about the process that should be done and it is more on experimental

Yeah, Overall, this company will provide you with a lot of knowledge and training if you can rise to the challenge of aiming for never ending and ever rising targets then it's all goods.
The good thingsThe salary is fair, and the work is easy as long as the team you are handling is not stubborn.
The challengesThe management is very demanding of their employees without them realizing that the products they are selling are not a necessity and that there is a certain niche they are catering. Employees are judged if targets are not met.

    Continuous learning
The good thingsCompany gives great learning opportunity to those who are willing to grow. Challenging tasks but non-toxic environment. As long as you prove yourself, company is generous enough to acknowledge, not that instant but surely in right time. Having great experiences now with great colleague and great superiors.
The challengesIt's a fast-pacing company. You should learn how to adapt things well, if not, you will be left behind. If you want to be a part and be witness of it's big future, you should support the organization on your own best way and accept what the company can offer as of the present because in due time, you will sow what you reap.
