Enjoying while working with a familyThe good thingsThis is a company that I enjoyed the most. The bosses are very supportive and considerate to their employees. There are lots of training to all employees for them to improve their skills and knowledge in a distribution company. We are like one big happy family enjoying each other's company even there are times that stress comes our way.
The challengesAll employees are stressed when the month end comes because of cut-off monthly sales, but all of employees have initiative and very cooperative to their task so that we meet our monthly quotas and report on time.
