    there was no one to train me during my stay. My direct supervisor was caught up in the middle of her personal issues, workmate relationship management and her attention was not on the professional side of work.

    Enjoying while working with a family
    The good thingsThis is a company that I enjoyed the most. The bosses are very supportive and considerate to their employees. There are lots of training to all employees for them to improve their skills and knowledge in a distribution company. We are like one big happy family enjoying each other's company even there are times that stress comes our way.
    The challengesAll employees are stressed when the month end comes because of cut-off monthly sales, but all of employees have initiative and very cooperative to their task so that we meet our monthly quotas and report on time.

    The good thingsGetz Brothers Philippines, Inc. made me a better person. They invest in their people through trainings and activities. They emphasize integration of work and family. They develop potentials into the best of class in leadership and management. The best part of my days as a product specialist was being able to execute programs for the benefit of cancer patients, care and compassion over sales.
    The challengesThe challenging part would be the number of travels that I have to make without my own car yet. Riding public utility buses can be quite scary if you go to certain places in Mindanao. Being on the field can be very unpredictable but it is a risk that I already signed for the moment I applied for the position because everything was laid out to me during the interview and the hiring process.
