    Family Business Through and Through
    The good thingsGave my asking and a pretty chill organization with a lot of younger employees in the company; good-natured employees
    The challengesA family business - which in itself is not a bad thing. But given that all workflow processes involve at least communicating with one of the relatives, you need to practice caution. Also, the management is very informal: no approval forms for projects and most of them are via verbal approval only. There's also a lot of old employees in the company that power trips. Also, benefits are lackluster.
