Great brands, bad company and managementThe good thingsI went with this company with the expectation that this is a good one, as they handle some of the more well-known products in their industry. And for that matter, they do not disappoint as they have great brands for consumers. The location isn't bad and some people in the group are easy to work with. Since it's a relatively well-known company in its industry, the work experience is great.
The challengesWhere do we start? The management is full of relatives that each share some sort of power in their respective roles, thus if you talk with anyone, be it support or management, rank & file or managerial, you need to exercise caution. You do not want to offend a relative or a cousin. During my time there, the management has also changed the time of work many times. If you have other personal activities on the weekend, then this is not for you. The work environment is also horrible. There are "senior" employees in the company who despite not working with you in the same department, they exercise some power with decisions as well, as they are "closer" with the management. The benefits are so-so.
