    1. Unprofessionalism & Disrespect for Candidate's Time Repeatedly missing scheduled interviews without notice or apology shows a lack of professionalism. It demonstrates poor time management and disregard for the candidate’s time and effort. 2. Communication Failing to inform the candidate about delays or cancellations, and not explaining or apologizing afterwards, reflects extremely poor communication standards. 3. Candidate Experience This kind of treatment can make candidates feel unvalued and uncertain about the company culture. It’s a red flag regarding how employees or clients might be treated internally. 4. Reliability of the Process Inconsistent behavior from HR suggests disorganization. If HR cannot follow through with basic scheduling commitments, it raises concerns about internal systems and management.
