    So far, so good. The company is very open in giving opportunities to its employees.

    Complete disregard with the applicant's time by missing interviews with no follow-ups nor apologies. Got contacted 3 times, with the first two times missing their schedule and with the last one not receiving a reply after giving my schedule. Unprofessional HR - reflects bad on the company so please don't waste your time.

    1. Unprofessionalism & Disrespect for Candidate's Time Repeatedly missing scheduled interviews without notice or apology shows a lack of professionalism. It demonstrates poor time management and disregard for the candidate’s time and effort. 2. Communication Failing to inform the candidate about delays or cancellations, and not explaining or apologizing afterwards, reflects extremely poor communication standards. 3. Candidate Experience This kind of treatment can make candidates feel unvalued and uncertain about the company culture. It’s a red flag regarding how employees or clients might be treated internally. 4. Reliability of the Process Inconsistent behavior from HR suggests disorganization. If HR cannot follow through with basic scheduling commitments, it raises concerns about internal systems and management.
