    The good thingsCases are not that stressful if you only work what you need to else there's an expert that you can rely to. High end laptop and easy to request for computer needs and software licenses. Generous Gencentives in 6 digits = hefty tax 4% standard annual increase Possible 2022 office operations. I enjoy every 20% Night differential, Rest Day Pay and Weekend shift pay Good friends and supportive colleagues
    The challengesManagement expects you to learn everything that they plan to support in the future for short period of time while still working on shift and taking cases. Management is not technical so they base everything on the results and number. Don't expect they will understand your agony. No retirement plan as of the moment and as per country lead they are working on it.

    A company like Genesys is like no other I have work with
    The good thingsPeople are treated as people. No logins, no logout.If you have a company that fully trust its people, you won't have any work issues. Great perks, work from home, excellent facilities, supportive management. Finally, a company that tries to win its employees hearts.

    The good thingscolleagues and generous company to treat employees for dinner or lunch out. free bread and donut every friday and fruits for mon-wed-fri. night differential is at 20% now for august 2019. stress free cases where you can pass to the next shift if needed and going home is easy not thinking work outside the office hours. internet is good and laptop with 2 extra monitors for extension.
    The challengesI wish I had a manager who came as tech support engineer where she can understand what I am going thru with cases. upon hiring my manager says that calls are minimal however we are obligated to be always online to accept inbound calls whenever we are on shift.

    The good thingsPerks and Salary. A lot of freedom even on production floor. A lot of training offers and high end equipment are given to the employees to do the job.

    The good thingsThe environment, the people, and the compensation are great. Transportation accessibility is also great. As it is situated at the middle of Araneta Center in Cubao. With that, you can say that the surrounding is very such secure from street crimes. The management is all very friendly and easy to approach.
