The challenges- the leadership team, especially after the Globe takeover. Leaders prefer yes people who agree with them regardless
- culture of fiefdoms and cliques
- the technology available to employees. this is really disappointing for a FinTech company. they use a free version of Google data studio (gasp!) and their workflow tool is this really shoddy internally made tool, among other things. with all the money the company has, they refuse to invest in good tools.
