    Unorganized management. No process. All departments are handled by 1 person. Upper management down to TL are power trippers. Company had a lot of labor cases. Not recommended for anyone aspiring to succeed in the BPO industry.

    Great working experience.
    The good thingsThey offer good basic salary. The account is very easy. You get your pay immediately on the first cut off. You have free HMO after completing training and get 2 more free for your dependents. They have an open door policy with Top Management that makes it easy to talk to anyone and complain should there be a need to do so. The managers are very approachable and helpful. Their promotions are more for internal hires.
    The challengesChallenge is that they have unused vacation leave as paid while sick leave is not.
