    The company absolutely does not care about its people.
    The good thingsNothing to enjoy here. The company itself treats people like replaceable tools. They are so opposed to anything that might give their employees something to enjoy if it does not benefit the company—not even free coffee.
    The challengesThey’re not planning to improve, which is why they’re always hiring to keep candidates lined up when someone leaves because employee satisfaction here is nonexistent. It’s basically like saying, “If you don’t like it here, then leave.”

    The challengesAs a tester, you are treated to work as is and not to ask questions regarding directives as most information will be withheld until operations can provide something to convice you which may or may not be true.

    Horrible. Shift hours is 12 hours. 10 working hours, 30 mins x2 break and 1hour lunch. Break time is not paid. VL/SL crediting will start after you achieve 6months tenure. MANDATORY OT or MANDATORY RD OT. Management/Team Lead will not easily approve your leave request if you are not their friend.
    The good thingsThe good things came from this is the friends you made from this hell-hole.
    The challengesToxic Environment, Power-tripping, and Incentive deduction from unnecessary error that you commit without proper coaching.

    This company is horrendous.
    The good thingsI worked here during the start of the pandemic. They provided an opportunity for avid gamers like us to work for something we love.
    The challengesLess than mediocre support especially for newbies. Their senior supports respond too slowly to questions and sometimes they provide contradicting answers.

    Bad management, would not recommend
    The good thingsThe other agents I guess, and the seniors if you're able to befriend some of them.
    The challengesToxic environment overall, saw another review mentioning "Power-Tripping", I guess that sums it all up. Management and Leads ask too much from the agent, the commitment they require one to have makes it so hard to have work-life-balance. Close to inaccessible leaves, unless it's really an emergency, you won't be able to use those as freely as you want.

    Great people and environment, bad work life balance, unless you're a robot.
    The good thingsThe colleagues and working environment. I personally had fun while working with them especially with specific individuals.
