    The good thingsI've always enjoyed a challenge, switching different line of business or department.
    The challengesMy account was dissolved last year November 2021 but client decided to continue with atleast 100 heads and I'm one of them but sad to say cient did not renew after 3 months. Atleast we have tried our best to keep the account.

    They always passing me to a different account.
    The good thingsThe pay is Good but for my experience it's not stable.
    The challengesAfter typhoon odette, I was not able to come back but I notify them so, they reprofile me to a different account at the middle of the training they announced that the current training will stop due to overload of headcounts/agent, and then they reprofile me to a different account so, need to pass the assessment again and again rounding in circle, bad thing no work no pay. Unstable.

    The good thingsThe best part is that it does not only allows you to work hand-in-hand with the top management but also with the owners of the company itself. The company allows you to interact with different department from different processes allowing you to ensure business continuity. The company makes you feel that you own the company as well by providing you with right extra support and proper guidance.
