    The good thingsIt was good for applicants with no experience in handling calls.
    The challengesWorked on a couple start up campaigns. Memorizing a lot of spiel and rebuttals for each of it.

    Make this company a last resort.
    The good thingsI am glad to be part of a nice team. I have met a lot of kind people here. In our account, i can choose to work on weekend or not. This is good for starters. Annnnddd, we have our own work stations, unlike the other accounts. But that is a perk for our account.
    The challengesWe only have 5 to be earned VLs and SLs. Using your SL will not let you qualify to receive an incentive for the week you used it.
