Still Work From HomeThe good thingsTo be honest, I did not work here. I was interviewed and they offered me the job. They are requiring past experience in high-rise buildings and resorts (because those are their current projects as per the interviewee). The initial job offer is acceptable. I was excited to work in their hotel projects because I wanted to have that kind of portfolio.In the end I did not accept because I am looking for a place where everyone reports to work in the office. I cannot work in our boarding house. Work is Monday to Friday.
The challengesThey told me that they have hybrid work from home setup. There are days that you will be asked to report to the office, some days you work from home. You are also required to have your own laptop.
