    Management doesn't care . HR is bad
    The good thingsWork from home , remote work
    The challengesSalary is very very low compared to other companies. Some developers have 3-4 years experience but still run on around 30-ish K or 20-K-ish php. Also, they have a long time bond. Not worth the signature
