All in all, in Fujitsu it is really good, since it is a Japan company they are client oriented.
The good thingsPersonally. In Fujitsu, there are a lot of opportunities, it's good for career developments, lots of trainings, projects that your skills will be improved, new things to learn. It really depends on how you leverage it Indefinite work from home setup, QTDs, Performance Bonus, Health Incentives and SL conversion. Management is neutral, they don't give favor just because you're performing or not. It's just being professional. Still depends on the manager you have. People have different personalities after all.
The challengesThings that really challenging here is, there's mandated training, which is not really hard, Fujitsu make sure that all employees are well equipped in terms of security, ethics, best practices and processes in the organization. If you are jr-mid level, you might treat those tasks as tedious, but as you mature enough or on senior level, those things are essentials, part of your responsibility and of course could improve as brand-new self. For me the only downside here is salary, it's somewhat average or outdated. Management here are okay, not bad but also not good (sipsip). They are just neutral or being professional, no emotion attached or called family. It's like give and take. Lastly, in every story, there is always a villain. As long as do you part, that's it, no string attached. You just need to learn how to be reasonable, if you feel being taken advantage, escalate it to manager, hence HR. If things go south, that's the time you decide your employment. Protect your peace.

Working at Fujitsu feels like a rollercoaster—there are exciting moments, but also sudden shifts and unpredictability that make the experience intense and sometimes overwhelming.
The good thingsEven though the chances of you going were small, I was able to go to Japan, and I enjoyed the job opportunity.
The challengesThe salary is low, the chances of promotion are slim, and the tasks keep changing, so no one becomes proficient in any specific technology.

    Constant Micromanagement.
The good thingsWhat I appreciated most about the company was the work-from-home setup.
The challengesThe company is plagued by constant micromanagement, chronically understaffs its accounts, and burdens its employees with an overwhelming workload that leaves little room for balance or growth.

would not recommend this company to anyone
The good things-work from home for PMO -PMO Management is absolutely one of the best experience I had in my more than a decade of career -flexible shift
The challenges-no career and professional growth (promotion and certificates) provided -no work life balance for PMs and Devs -they implemented a massive layoff without clear reasons -unreasonable security policies, such as requiring employees to surrender their laptops at the office during maternity leave

Management doesn't care . HR is bad
The good thingsWork from home , remote work
The challengesSalary is very very low compared to other companies. Some developers have 3-4 years experience but still run on around 30-ish K or 20-K-ish php. Also, they have a long time bond. Not worth the signature

I would gladly recommend working with Fujitsu because here, you'll find work very easy and those people around you are amazing! However, the compensation is not that great.
The good thingsThe people you work with are very considerate and trust worthy, the management you'll be working with knows your worth and they will bring out the best in you.
The challengesThere's no difficult challenges I faced within the company

    Work environment, Trainings and Salary.
The good thingsThe work environment is good, lots of trainings are provided both technical and soft skills. My manager is great and has good relationship to us (not sure with other managers though).
The challengesSalary is quite outdated and does not keep up with the market and it causes increase in attrition rate.

    Lot of onshore opportunity
The good thingsThe work environment is good and there is a lot of opportunity to be deployed to japan for short-term and long-term projects especially for experienced employee. There is also a somewhat 14th month incentive when the company is performing well. You'll never get bored since there are lot of things to learn. The work environment is good I had made lot of friends here.
The challengesWorkload is high, some internal processes are conventional and inefficient but can be improved

Avoid this company, does not geniunely care for their people
The good thingsIf you have the type that wants pressure and tones of workload, this is a good place to get trained.
The challengesThey say something, but they dont do the opposite. The company has too bureaucratic process, alot of red tape, inefficient process. You need to constantly follow up on things that should have been common smooth process like approvals and payments. Horrible experience.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
The good thingsLots of Idle time, if you're new and they don't trust you yet you won't get any projects (probably)
The challengesLots of documentation, LIKE A LOT, A LOT doesn't make sense. Also goodluck because they're rating your performance by the lines of code you make, however you probably won't do any coding, you'll get lucky if you write 100 lines of code in a month. If you're serious with your application development career, avoid this one. Thank me later.

    Great people to work with!
The good thingsThe manager and my team members, even my client were really nice and helpful, their wonderful attitude really helped my confidence in doing my job. It is a very supportive company, they were also very patient with their strict pre-employment requirements. I was able to develop my skills as they provide plenty of opportunities to do so. It is a very good company for fresh graduates like me,looking for experience.
The challengesThe salary is quite low compared to other companies that hire bilinguals and even though your performance exceeds expectations you do not get any salary increase, the benefits are average. I didn't mind the work but the actual work and job description were so different, I felt catfished. I was doing mostly secretarial work for their Japan branch, which was okay but that was not how my job was explained to me during the interview. They should be more truthful in their job description and scope of work. The rendering period is too long, 60 days is too much in my opinion. The HR department was so great at first, but were not helpful as time went on. As a new employee, questions are to be expected but they don't respond and some of them usually ignore emails.

Human Resource Department processes are should be improved.
The good thingsThe department where I got accepted has a fixed schedule.
The challengesSchedule of payout is inconsistent, there were times that we received it during the 14 of the months then sometimes during 15th of the month. Also, Performance bonus doesn't have fix schedule. During may stay in the company I didn't receive salary increase even if my performance score was good. Request of Certificate of Employment could take a week before you can get it, other companies have a tool where employees can print their own COE right away. Clearance process is so slow. For your final pay you need to get it in the office which made I find it inconvenient, most of the company will just deposit it in the payroll account you have with them. Rendering period is too long, 60days, luckily my new employer can wait for 2months before I can start working with them.
