The good thingsWorking with a supportive and collaborative team was one of the best parts. It taught me the value of teamwork and how to effectively communicate and cooperate with others.
The challengesThere were times when the workload was quite heavy, but this taught me how to manage stress and maintain productivity under pressure.

I will not recommend this company. a BPO company that doesn't have an HMO. Pantry full of cockroach. and a daily uniform.
The good thingsthe training is good. very nice trainers and QAs as well. and they really help you pass the training
The challengesManagement should see this:
- This is the very first BPO that I worked with who requires uniform for their employees.
- Very first BPO who doesn't provide HMO for their employees. Seriously? Even tenured employees does not have HMO.
- They don't have a clinic
- THEIR PANTRY IS STILL FULL OF COCKROACHES. THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE. IT WILL JEOPARDIZE THE HEALTH OF EMPLOYEES. THEIR DRINKING WATER IS JUST A FILTERED WATER. YOU CAN EVEN SEE THEM FILTERING THOSE WATER STRAIGHT FROM THE FAUCET.
- They should remove their face recognition required for time in and time out. Most of the time its not working some employees will even go to next floor to try again.

The challengesLow Salary, they didn't care about your salary dispute. I don't also received my last pay or 13th month pay even they received a follow up from me.
