FBCThe good thingsThe rank on file employees are very kind and cooperative. Our previous manager/Department Head was very compassionate and knows the needs of her staff. Officemates are very easy to work with and has very good attitude.
The challengesOther department heads/supervisors tends to blame all problems to one department and pass jobs that should have been done by their department. No salary increase even if you got promoted. Salary will only increase if the minimum salary was raised by the government. Overtimes are sometimes not paid. Benefits are not that good, only the basics. Allowances during official business are very limited.
