    The challengesWell i was challenge by the company when i made up in top of sales, they re assign me in other area, and again i improve the system of my distributor and followed our sales, and after a year, they are planning to re assogn me again which i decided to quit.

    You will get a lot of work experience and knowledge.
    The good thingsFriendly environment. Lot of accounting assistants will help you if you get some mistakes. Good coach and good team leader. I suggest that Accounting Department especially Frabelle Fishing Corporation was great! They are objective, honest and competitive. In terms of activities, you will never forget the memories they have shared.
    The challengesSalary is one of the reasons why I leave this company, so low. Overload paper works.

    The good thingsThe rank on file employees are very kind and cooperative. Our previous manager/Department Head was very compassionate and knows the needs of her staff. Officemates are very easy to work with and has very good attitude.
    The challengesOther department heads/supervisors tends to blame all problems to one department and pass jobs that should have been done by their department. No salary increase even if you got promoted. Salary will only increase if the minimum salary was raised by the government. Overtimes are sometimes not paid. Benefits are not that good, only the basics. Allowances during official business are very limited.

    The challengesTalking to the complainant, sometimes you can answer all their questions but sometimes there are people who cannot understand well, too hard to accompanied.
