    Enjoyable work and smooth WFH setup overshadowed by poor management and job insecurity.
    The good thingsI genuinely enjoyed the work itself and found it fulfilling. The work-from-home setup was smooth and efficient, making daily tasks easier to manage. Remote work also provided a healthier balance—less stress physically and financially, while allowing me to stay productive
    The challengesUnfortunately, the onsite setup presented significant hurdles. Travel time and costs were burdensome compared to the ease of working from home, which was both more productive and less draining. Job security was another major concern. The recent layoffs of seasoned employees, followed by the hiring of new staff from other locations, created uncertainty and frustration, undermining the sense of stability. Management style also detracted from the positives. Supervisors often engaged in power-tripping behavior, which eroded morale and overshadowed the otherwise enjoyable aspects of the job.

    Been working here for almost a decade!
    The good thingsBeen with FIS since 2014 and obviously, based on my tenure, I'm a satisfied employee of FIS. The people I worked with were all nice and helpful, esp my bosses. I'm so glad that this company helped me achieved my goal and direct me to the path I didn't know I fit in.
    The challengesWell, I think, it's also the people - the agents I would say. It's so challenging to manage the people but It's my job and I'm happy about it.

    Salary is okay but management is not.
    The good thingsSalary is okay, same goes well with benefits although there are benefits from other company which are more okay. Onshore management is super good. They share their knowledge and are patient with the unending questions.
    The challengesScorecard. Onshore is visible with what we are doing but the scorecard is being computed by the Manila, PH team. Computations are unjust since the leads do not have the full visibility on what we are doing.

    If you are a beginner, don't start here
    The good thingsUnfortunately, this company is my first choice of experience. However, it was not a good choice for a beginner like me. Naturally, it is given that the salary will be low as expected for no experience, but it is enough. They also provided complete equipment for work-from-home setting and I can say that they are really prepared; desktop and Wi-Fi. Working environment is great although in a WFH setting, you wouldn't be able to actually be with your workmates. But it's okay, they're all friendly and good people but it just depends sometimes.
    The challengesTraining period is not enough to master the content of the account. I can say that the account for me is toxic maybe because it's my first time and talking to customers is not easy due to lack of mastery on the account content. It also took me months before I received my backpay so it's important to consider constant follow ups. Strict compliance. I didn't really experience the benefits especially the hire bonus even if you ask them regarding that, they won't give you anything. I don't blame the company and the account for having a stressful work, but make sure you are well-developed to face this kind of account and I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND this for beginners.
