If you are a beginner, don't start hereThe good thingsUnfortunately, this company is my first choice of experience. However, it was not a good choice for a beginner like me. Naturally, it is given that the salary will be low as expected for no experience, but it is enough. They also provided complete equipment for work-from-home setting and I can say that they are really prepared; desktop and Wi-Fi. Working environment is great although in a WFH setting, you wouldn't be able to actually be with your workmates. But it's okay, they're all friendly and good people but it just depends sometimes.
The challengesTraining period is not enough to master the content of the account. I can say that the account for me is toxic maybe because it's my first time and talking to customers is not easy due to lack of mastery on the account content. It also took me months before I received my backpay so it's important to consider constant follow ups. Strict compliance. I didn't really experience the benefits especially the hire bonus even if you ask them regarding that, they won't give you anything. I don't blame the company and the account for having a stressful work, but make sure you are well-developed to face this kind of account and I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND this for beginners.
