    A company that values you...
The good thingsI really appreciate the open house policy because I know that my concerns as employees are being heard as well. The company is giving you the same respect you are giving them. It also promotes room for growth since we are challenged to give our ideas that we think will help improve company processes. And most of all, you can work anywhere so you can spend more time with your family instead of consuming it on travel time to office.
The challengesLimited opportunity for career advancement but is understandable since it is still a start up company. Hoping that there will be more in the future.

    With BillEase, you can #BEanywhere!!!
The good things- Work from anywhere which promotes healthy work-life balance - Good management. They don't micro manage you. You can freely do your tasks without the feeling of pressure that you are always being watched. - Open door policy. Your voice matters. You can share your opinion and ideas during team meetings which promotes mutual trust and respect. They make you feel that you are valued. - Flexible breaks. You can choose the time you will take for your lunch breaks and coffee breaks.
The challenges- Dealing with feeling entitled customers. But this is more of a challenge that promotes self improvement because you will be forced to think outside the box especially on how you may pacify the customers emotions and assuring them that their concerns are heard. - Communication for concerns beyond our capacity and those unfamiliar to us can be improved. - Few opportunity for carreer advancement since its still a start up but looking forward for more in the future.
