FDFC is a good company when it comes to ensuring their employees are working in a comfortable and safe zone because they offered a work from home setup. And you will really get what you work for especially when you're in a collection team.
The good things-Incentives when you hit the target (collection team)
-work from home setup (with complete wfh tools like laptop and headset)
- kind and approachable superiors/boss/ HR Team
- work/life balance. Always clocking in and esp clocking out on time. This company will not force you to take overtime.
The challenges-lots of task that needs to do. Plus you need to manage your time efficiently because it will affect your work prod.
-Dealing with irate customers
- And when it comes to collection, ensuring that you meet your monthly quota.
- No benefits like HMO but you can reimburse your medical expenses.

The good thingsThe good thing about applying here at FDFC is they accept new employees without experience. And they are willing to teach and give advice on how to handle a specific situation.
The challengesThe difficulties are in figuring out how to better yourself, having an HMO even though they have a specific plan for employees, and lastly, the company ID.
