Assessment of Working Experience in a Private Company
The good thingsI enjoyed dealing with the customers and promodisers thru phone call. They enhance my confidence. I also experience how to handle some issues and concerns. I enhance my multi tasking and typing skills. And being a Marketing Graduate, I applied what I have learned and share it to the company. I also recommend and give my suggestions on how to market more the product on their target customers.
The challengesBecause it was my first job, it was very challenging for me. One of this was handling some concerns of customers & dealing with other people. It is also a challenge to travel for 2 hrs from Cavite to Manila everyday. And everyday is a challenge because everyday has a customer orders that you need to encode and some of them are rush orders. I take every hard situation as a challenge not a difficult
