    Toxic workplace with poor training, no support, and constant criticism instead of recognition.
    The good thingsI didn’t enjoy anything during my five years of working here.
    The challengesThe manager exhibits toxic behavior. They do not provide proper training or guidance on the correct processes. As a result, you may not even realize that you are making mistakes. Instead of offering support or constructive feedback, the manager highlights your errors in a demeaning manner. They rarely acknowledge good performance and focus solely on your shortcomings — that seems to be what brings them satisfaction.

    The good thingsIncentives are means of motivating your employees, especially when you're giving them low salary. I think Firefly filled this part.
    The challengesThey should learn to appreciate their employees. They should consider increasing the salary of employees who have worked there for almost a decade. Tenure means a lot also to an employee.

    Working here is great if your after the experience, just don't mind the salary.
    The good thingsNew things to learn everyday, good working environment, nice people around you, especially on my assigned department. Also complete with the working equipment you need to improve your job performance, and if there's something lacking, you can always request for the lacking equipment as long as it is considered as a good investment. Just don't mind the salary though. To put it up simply, it is a great environment to improve your abilities and work experience.

    A very good training ground!
    The good thingsAside from the good employee benefits that we are receiving (i.e. use of amenities, health card, food, social clubs, medical check-ups, etc.), we are also receiving trainings that are very helpful for us not only to improve in our current position but also to grow holistically as a customer-centric and service oriented professional. There are plenty of good mentors here in our company that will train and guide us throughout our stay in FELCO.
