Rude client plus rude recruitment staff, perfect combo for a horrible applicant experience. The good thingsWhile I appreciate the team's responsiveness during the initial outreach, I’ve noticed a significant decrease in communication when the candidate initiates inquiries. For a truly positive candidate experience, it’s helpful when the flow of information is consistent and reciprocal throughout the entire process.
The challengesI appreciate the offer for the QA; however, I have concerns regarding the alignment of this role with my career goals and the overall recruitment experience. After completing a full interview cycle for a QA role, the shift to a different post with the same lower market rate (32k all in) was unexpected. Furthermore, the technical difficulties and abrupt conclusion of the client meeting did not allow for a meaningful exchange of information. For a partnership to be successful, I believe consistent communication and mutual respect for scheduled time are essential.
