Working with FDCThe good thingsI enjoyed the challenges. Working here taught me a lot even things that are not part of my job description. It made me a better employee with the capacity to think and decide for myself. The people here are also friendly and welcoming. I feel like they were really my second family. I am also not required to do overtimes. Work can wait tomorrow as long as you managed your time well.
The challengesSalary, compensation, and promotion. I love everything about my position except for the most important reason why I am working. My salary cannot cope up with my daily expenses and financial responsibilities. I have no motivation to go to work and meet their very high expectation because I know I am not paid enough. Challenging work is tolerable but I am emotionally challenged with my salary.
