    Pretty good
    The good thingsThe environment! It was home-y, it was like a big family. I also like the weight of my work (it wasn't that heavy). Complete benefits (though the leaves are lesser than i expected)
    The challengesThe communication between different departments and also between the bosses. Different views and some aren't open minded to innovative ideas. The office hours. very little career growth for artists.

    The good thingsThe workplace offers an employee-friendly environment that gives out positive vibes. Close-knit relationships among the departments create effective teamwork even for a newly-hired. Being very strict with time and performance makes Filstar a disciplined company that hones someone's professional attitude. The company's HR team is also worth the mention because of their consistent employee relations programs.
    The challengesThe company works in smaller teams, thus, one should really exert extra effort in doing manpower and ad hoc tasks.

    The good thingsI enjoy being a Purchasing Asst. because it offers an opportunity to be educated every day. Purchasing affects every department in a company and every supplier they have. They can mean the difference between profitability and loss and have the opportunity and responsibility to make that difference meaningful. This gives an opportunity to take personal pride and gain a sense of achievement.
    The challengesI love the challenges this field brings to the table, from negotiating the best deal for the company as well as maintain a professional friendships with vendors. All while supporting a positive attitude toward individuals.

    The good thingsI enjoyed the challenges. Working here taught me a lot even things that are not part of my job description. It made me a better employee with the capacity to think and decide for myself. The people here are also friendly and welcoming. I feel like they were really my second family. I am also not required to do overtimes. Work can wait tomorrow as long as you managed your time well.
    The challengesSalary, compensation, and promotion. I love everything about my position except for the most important reason why I am working. My salary cannot cope up with my daily expenses and financial responsibilities. I have no motivation to go to work and meet their very high expectation because I know I am not paid enough. Challenging work is tolerable but I am emotionally challenged with my salary.
