Not good for beginners, short time to learn - you'll waste your time and efforts, no proper turnover
The good thingsSupportive colleagues, good benefits, work life balance
The challengesMicromanagement, some of the bosses are rude

My experience with the company was disheartening. Despite my efforts and dedication, I faced a toxic culture marked by blame, favoritism, and lack of respect. The environment was mentally exhausting and left little room for fair treatment, growth, or genuine collaboration.
The good thingsThe company offers opportunities to build discipline in a fast-paced environment. Some colleagues are dedicated and hardworking, and the structure helps develop time management and multitasking skills. A year-end incentive is provided
The challengesBlame culture, favoritism, public shaming, and lack of recognition are common. Suggestions are dismissed due to bias. Management disrespects staff and tolerates poor behavior from favorites. Leaves are not respected. The environment is toxic and mentally draining.

Not really recommended for supervisory and managerial position
The good thingsMeeting up with bigtime artists
The challengesThe GM is very micromanager and not letting his people decide on their own. Pressure is very high when it comes to higher ops

    MULTITASKING WITH A LOW PRICE
The good thingsThe people are cooperative, to a sense where they can understand if you are overloaded with work although they do not know any concern with regards the overloaded work, they will just sit idly by and not help at all.
The challengesMultitasking, FILSCAP pays very low but requires a high ability to multitask something that you are not made for.

    My Experience working at FILSCAP
The good thingsThe work life balance experience. A lot of company offers that but not everyone really practice work life balance. And the simple life you experience less stress and less spending unlike you experience in other company especially BPO where theres a lot of team building to join and overtime and you don't have time to your family and friends outside the organization. I think that balance............
The challengesThe challenges is adjusting but great and healthy... it is not easy one.. their is hard times and difficulty and also I have to do it on my on. No one I can depend on... but the best part is overcoming everything and adjusting to the situation... not everything is easy but I survive. And meeting really great people not perfect means not everything is good but it is the respect and give and take...
