    A Place Where A Person Can Grow
    The good thingsI was fortunate enough to have been able to work with a wonderful boss, Mr. Dan Mindanao and a company that treats their employees like family members. I was able to feel that I was truly part of a team that had one goal which is to serve the clients and help them achieve maximum sales. I was able to explore and understand all side of the business to be able to great decisions for the company.
    The challengesCompensation is the one that they need to improve on. People stay because of the camaraderie and the people you work with as well as the atmosphere inside the office. But in terms of compensation it is not competitive enough specially in the retail industry.
