Is no longer the same great companyThe good thingsThe willingness of the Top Management to listen to suggestions, the heart for the people (previously), the perks (snacks or full meal for meetings that lasts for at least one hour), the bonuses provided whenever the company makes a big profit (imagine having 3 additional full month bonuses on top of the 13th month pay).
The challengesThe Top Management should also balance the full support that it gives. They should not rely on one single person who has a graduated from a Top University but has no actual work experience prior to joining Fern, moreso not give him the full control of the company. There is not much marketing support privided, hardly any clear direction on where the company is going and how it plans to get there.
