Considering that the corporation own warehouses with combined warehouse space of approximately 15,000 sq.m. which have an approximately total capacity of 50,000 Metric Tons of fertilizers, the corporation recently diversified and entered the fertilizer and chemicals business. To strengthen and reinforce its entry to the said business, the corporation made arrangement with its sister corporation, Fertiphil Corporation, to purchase the latter's fertilizer brand "Marca Bulaklak".Thr company is owned and managed by a group of professional executives led by MR. RUBEN V. GIL, its concurrent Chairman of the Board and President.
