    Not the best company to work for if you want to be in finance. you're overworked, fast employee turnover, no accountability among the heads and they talk about you in not so good way, it's toxic and unhealthy.
    The good thingsbenefits, nothing more. not sure with other departments, maybe things are better there in other aspects.
    The challengesdepending on where you will be deployed but if you are in finance, you are expected to know not be against some of the heads even if they're wrong because they will single you out and make up stories about you. office is also very tight, too much files all around, no proper work area, pantry became a storage.

    The good thingsThey have a good benefits and retirement plan. The working environment is also good and the owners are very hands on. There are training and seminars to enhance the personalities and skills of their employees.
    The challengesMy only reason for leaving Federal land is due to my low salary given its my first job.

    The good thingsthe environment is good and also same with the people you mingle with. The work is also good as long as you know how to manage your time and perform well.
    The challengesDealing with customer or client in a bad mood or when the client feel angry about your transactions you must be humble and explain wit the client appropriately and understand it well.
