    Not the best company to work for if you want to be in finance. you're overworked, fast employee turnover, no accountability among the heads and they talk about you in not so good way, it's toxic and unhealthy.
    The good thingsbenefits, nothing more. not sure with other departments, maybe things are better there in other aspects.
    The challengesdepending on where you will be deployed but if you are in finance, you are expected to know not be against some of the heads even if they're wrong because they will single you out and make up stories about you. office is also very tight, too much files all around, no proper work area, pantry became a storage.

    The challengesThe system is to complicated. The starting salary of those who are lately hired was higher than the salary of those who stay long in the company. Seldom promotion. Hiring higher position from outside the company rather than promoting those are qualified in present organizàtion.

    The challengesIT Division Heads know to give task but they don't know the task they gave to their subordinates. Salary for IT is not align to standard. Very poor on management style. Long hours of works. In my observation IT seems that IT Head don't trust their subordinates. HR promises during Job offer was not meet after the regularization.Very strict on attendance. No consideration in Late even if there are calamity. They treat there employees as Robot or Computer. Will not recommend to work on this Company.

    The good thingsThe employees are very nice people. You do not need to feel so much pressure upon you when you are designated with a task. You still have deadlines but it more of on how you learn to manage your time efficiently.
    The challengesIt was very challenging to work for the first time in a real company. It was very hard to learn in less than a week, a new programming language but it was all worth it and I learn a lot from the company's employees.
