    I do not recommend pursuing a position in the marketing department due to the pervasive toxicity and lack of an effective work structure.
    The good thingsThe benefits and salary are competitive; however, the challenging dynamics and unprofessional behavior of the marketing supervisor have created a difficult work environment.
    The challengesThe unprofessional behavior of the marketing supervisor, characterized by public humiliation and poor communication, has contributed to a toxic work environment. Their consistent anger has led many of us to resign.
