    Very Good training ground for fresh graduates however, Salary is not aligned on the position.
    The good thingsBigger Opportunities if you are based as a Support Group. You get to know different processes and benchmark processes from different sites. If you are on site, here you can learn how to multitask, do the power of 3 (3 tasks performed by 1 people), Develop interpersonal skills and firm decision making, on the spot based on client demand. Good training ground for fresh graduates especially if you are a graduate of logistics related or IE. Many trainings are offered.
    The challenges1. Should improve more on the importance of food safety, as majority of the clients are food industry. Focus on the standards related to food safety. 2. Salary Hierarchy per position should be standardized/uniform. Majority of the employees receive low salary but high work tasks. The Company should assess also the needs of the employees. If basic salary is low, the management should adjust on the benefits. If the benefits are also low, maybe the management can adjust the basic.

    I do not recommend pursuing a position in the marketing department due to the pervasive toxicity and lack of an effective work structure.

    The challengesThe unprofessional behavior of the marketing supervisor, characterized by public humiliation and poor communication, has contributed to a toxic work environment. Their consistent anger has led many of us to resign.
