Great training ground but poor managementThe good thingsA good company to start your career in a manufacturing set up considering it covers different industries including aerospace and industrial areas. High quality and top of the line machineries and equipments, however, these are not properly maintained and utilized. Has a great selection of working professionals and even trainees, however, the skills and talent are most often than not, unacknowledged causing them not to show their full potential.
The challengesThere is no healthy communication within managers and it seems that departments are competing against each other instead of collaborating to find solutions to problems. Very poor manpower management resulting to a high turnover rate, for some reason, it seems like they do not know how to value their employees, considering they have already invested so much in them. When a personnel leaves, they will pour the task assignment to whosoever is left, and since that is so stressful, when a new personnel arrives, that old employee will leave, and so the cycle continues. There is no established knowledge continuity, manuals and most of the documentations are there just for display, and so trainings become useless on their side. In terms of compensation, for beginners, they offer a good starting salary and increments during the first months, however, once you have settled, salary increments are generally not given.
