    The good thingsThe company itself take good care of their employees. They make sure that each individual will get equal attentions for their needs. You will definitely feel that you are being trusted by the higher managements as your opinions matters to them. Opportunity to lead and to grow is there.
    The challengesHonestly, because of this Covid19, we faced lots of challenges how to manage well the company while not affecting the people. Leadership is always been test as individuals regardless of what position you have and how will you cope up with disastrous situations.
