    The good thingsWork and life balance is really the best here. Good benefits since my parents are covered in health card. Shuttle. Free drinks. Lots of PTO. Most of the manager are really pro-employee

    Great for fresh graduates to gain experience in a corporate environment setting.
    The good thingsMy team mates are fun to work with. It lessens the stress during peak seasons. There are also non-peak seasons which we definitely enjoy as employees. Factset is also the best when it comes to benefits. They provide shuttle services depending on your work schedule. They also provide free drinks at the office and the pantry is great
    The challengesBasic salary is too low. However, there's overtime pay.

    The challengesManagement - analyst are exploited in a sense that management only sees them as part of the group metrics. Inconsistency with policy changes in terms of process workflow. Some of the benefits has changed drastically and it was not for the benefit of the employees.

    The challengesNO CAREER PROGRESSION (as for our team). You'd feel stagnant and get stuck on the skills that you'll learn and do from day 1 even if you get promoted to a higher job level. Only the complexity of work will change. Compensation is not aligned with what you do.

    The good thingsThe performance rating is based on a specific metric. The rating is not based on mere whim or whether or not the management like you or not. If you did well you can get a lot of perks. There are a lot of perks and you would really feel that the company in general cares about you're well being.
    The challengesIt can get too strict on the metrics. Ideally there is be work-life balance but since this a financial services industry but it can be too demanding as well.

    The phrase "as for my work experience" is completely superfluous, since what follows is you describing your work experience. Leave it out. Honestly, if saw that on a job application, I would wonder about your writing skills in emails, reports, etc. You might want to take a refresher course on clear writing. I mean this as constructive criticism
