    Terrible management lacking clear direction
The good thingsYou get to work with intelligent people. The hands on work is interesting and plentiful.
The challengesUnderstanding what management wants after completing what’s on your schedule. Management is not to be found until they have something for you.

    Terrible work-life balance
The good thingsGood training grounds 'cause you'll be handling projects on your own without much supervision or guidance so you'll learn many things.
The challengesTerrible work-life balance. Workload is too much for the salary. Do not know how to handle people, especially good ones, so employees come and go.

A good start especially for those people who needs more job experience than salary or anything.
The good thingsOpportunities for career development is average. Providing some training and skills development especially for fresh grad, but with 2yrs training bond of course.
The challengesWork or life balance is terrible as you need to be in 24/7 standby while benefits and perks are not good enough compared to a working style and environment.

Experience is worth it but the management is not good
The good thingsI enjoy working here cause I have so much learnings and development during my stay here. I can cater all tasks given and submit projects on deadline, but the worse part is how they handle people. I don't have anything to say about my department but you can't find any good reason to stay because of the management and the HR department. They will assign you in your respective position but there's not enough orientations and seminars that can teach you more of what the company 's whereabouts. But, still as part of professionalism you cater to socialize with them even if it totally doesn't help you grow.
The challengesThe challenges are you need to do some task that isn't related to your job description. As for me, I manage to handle some workloads and projects that isn't about my job description.
